  1. Please make all cancellation at least 24 hours in advance.

  2. If you are not satisfied, we will re-perform the service within 3 days.

  3. Health issue must be communicated prior to service.

  4. We reserve the right to make decision whether or not to perform a service.

  5. Your child must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all time, we are not responsible for any injuries obtained by unsupervised children. Unless your child is receiving a treatment. For their safety we ask that you not bring them with you. Our clients receiving relaxing treatment need the peace!

  6. No pets allowed. Service dogs are welcome.

  7. Please be respectful to the people around you who are trying to relax during their nail services. Set your phone to vibration and use a moderate speaking tone if you need to take a call.

  8. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items

  9. We are not responsible for any allergic or adverse reaction due to waxing.

  10. We do not accept any personal check; American Express credit card.

  11. Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable at any time.

  12. All services are final NO refunds

  13. NO gratuity on credit cards, cash only; thanks for understanding.

  14. Products may be returnable in original condition with receipt, for store credit or exchange within 5 days of purchase.

  15. Minimum of $ 10 for credit card use.
